Liefs Tulum – Aesthetic Vegan Restaurant

Liefs Tulum Aesthetic Restaurant

Liefs Tulum (Address: Av. Coba 107, 77760 Tulum, Q.R., Mexico) is a vegan restaurant in Tulum that serves its food from the cutest little bi-colored vans. The dining setting appears to be effortlessly minimalistic, with wooden tables and chairs, light fabric canopies and branches complete with hanging lights create an overall simple but aesthetic ambiance.

Fun fact: “Liefs” means ‘love” in Dutch. Their mission is to popularize plant-based products to normalize conscious consumption.

Their most popular drink is the Iced Coffee with foamy cafe espuma and coconut milk. It was really tasty! I also liked the Mixed Iced Tea (lime, ginger, hibiscus) because it was sweet and tangy. The matcha latte was alright – I had to add a lot of brown sugar into it to enjoy it.

I ordered the Smokey Shroom Sandwich with grilled potatoes for 195 pesos ~ $11.25USD. I basically deconstructed it to eat with a fork but all the flavors complemented each other. It was really tasty and the potatoes were nicely flavored.
